ONE WILD NIGHT
Canada's premiere tribute to Bon Jovi |
|
| Are
you ready for an entertaining night of Bon Jovi that's sure
to please the senses? If so, you're in for ONE WILD NIGHT.
Serving up the best of Bon Jovi and some unique fan favourites,
ONE WILD NIGHT assume the very essence of the band that has
kept the pop/rock formula viable for the last 20 years.
Stemming
from the success of Durham region's rock trio BANG, vocalist
Baz Little Rock decided to form a tribute act. To cover
Bon Jovi was not a hard decision to make as Little Rock's
vocals are eerily similar to Jon Bon Jovi's.
Fellow
BANG member Shamus was first to sign on along with his signature
bass playing. Brian rolls with the punches on drums, and
John E. Keys, a classically trained pianist fills the void
superbly. The search for a Ritchie Sambora on guitar ended
admirably with Tyson. Together, this unit is simply amazing.
If you
want to hear the songs as they were originally recorded,
and want to see a band play the part as well as Bon Jovi
does, then you're in for ONE WILD NIGHT.

| Big Hair (80's Tribute)
|
|
Formed
originally in the summer of 2000 by lead vocalist “Molly Carrington”,
BIG HAIR endured many line up changes until the perfect mix
was found in the spring of 2002. Since then, this energized
ensemble has delivered the music that defined a decade with
pain-staking accuracy — from classic rock, to alternative,
to bubblegum pop.
BIG HAIR combines the best (and tackiest) of 80s finery, a
stage filled with remnants of the Atari age and fun audience
participation, to present a show that transports listeners
back to the days of K-Cars and K-ways. |

| Terry Lee Goffee
(Johnny Cash Tribute) |
|
This
is what radio is saying
If there's one song that has struck a long-sleeping response
chord in our audience, it's Terry Lee Goffee's "The Man In
Black Is Gone." We introduced the song on our "Showdown at
the K-Great Corral." Terry Lee sent the challenging artist
to meet the necktie party five solid nights in a row! Once
the song was retired into regular rotation, the phones have
been quite active with requests to hear and buy the song.
Terry Lee found a topical niche as the nation so freshly mourns
Johnny Cash. The voice and production are wonderful, and it
definitely seems as though country fans in Las Cruces want
Terry Lee to have a timely hit.

| Bob Gill (Waylon
Jennings Tribute) |
|
| Bob
maintains an up to date repertoire of Waylon's music and currently
performs most songs ever released by him. Since Waylon's untimely
death in February 2002, Bob has had an inner desire (and destiny)
to focus exclusively on preserving to eternity the music of
his idol. He has concentrated on following the recommendations
of his many fans by perfecting a Legends Waylon Jennings tribute
show; and, has done so with his usual success. When you look
at Bob on stage, you think immediately of Waylon. When you
hear Bob sing Waylon’s music and close your eyes, you are
immediately positioned in the midst of fans at any one of
the late and great performer's concerts. Bob, like Waylon,
sings with a style that seems to come from the soul and reflects
both the joy and the pain of a man who has experienced each.
The keen understanding of the moods and sounds of the common
people, of which he considers himself a part, shines through
on stage and off. |
